Ms. Yang Hui Xin holds a post-doctorate degree in Chinese Medicine, and she is the Director of the Chinese Traditional Sports Teaching and Research Department at the Harbin Institute of Physical Education. She holds a seventh dan in Jianshen Qigong, a sixth dan in martial arts (Wushu) and is a nationally accredited judge. She has a doctorate in Tai Chi from the Shanghai Sports University, and completed her post-doctoral degree at the Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Ms. Yang Hui Xin has accumulated fifteen years of practice and teaching Tai Chi and Jianshen Qigong. Such various experiences had allowed her to develop flexible teaching techniques adapted to different characteristics of her students. This had allowed them to apprehend and master the methods and functions of Jianshen Qigong without pressure and in a fun way. Ms. Yang Hui Xin has been a referee of Jianshen Qigong competitions at the National Games of the People’s Republic of China. Her academic research focuses on the following topics – Tai Chi Chuan, the Jianshen Qigong and improving health and well-being. In addition to about twenty articles, Ms. Yang Hui Xin has written several textbooks including “Study on the fitness of qigong practitioners” and “Clinical research on the effects of the practice of Ba Duan Jin (Qigong of 8 brocades) in patients suffering from ACV after-effects.”
